2024 NARI Regional Remodeler of the Year (RotY) Awards!
Gahanna, Ohio – December 10, 2024 — Today, Nth Degree Companies has announced they have won 2024 NARI Regional Remodeler of the Year for two categories:
- Entire House Remodel over $1,000,000, and
- Residential Kitchen Remodel between $100,000 - $150,000.
This whole house remodel was Nth Degree’s 2024 Inspiration House and was also voted “Best in Show” during the NARI 2024 Home Tour.
Each year, NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) of Central Ohio hosts an annual awards program to recognize the best and brightest remodelers in Central Ohio. The NARI Remodeler of the Year Awards, formerly known as Contractor of the Year (CotY) awards, remain the premier recognition program for the remodeling industry across a variety of 44 categories. Widely recognized across the Midwest and throughout the remodeling industry, the RotY awards create a who’s who of top remodeling firms in the region.
Winners are selected by a panel of impartial judges from different regions with different categories consisting of residential, commercial, and universal design.
These awards are a continuation of NARI’s decades-long history of honoring exceptional results in remodeling projects, and the program remains the most esteemed in the industry.

The home that won the $1 million and over RotY Awards is an 8,300 sq. ft. Modern French Country home which underwent a full remodel from October 2023 to May 2024. Key updates included reconfiguring two kitchens, adding a butler’s pantry/laundry area, and renovating six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. The first and second-floor walls were transformed from stucco to smooth surfaces. The finished basement now includes an exercise room and a full bath/steam room. The project preserved rustic French Oak trim and historic barn beams, while all new electrical, lighting, flooring, and appliances were installed. Outdoor improvements included refreshed landscaping, gas lamps, stucco renovation, and limestone enhancements for terraces.
Founded in 2002 by Neal Hauschild who has a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Duke University, as well as a Law Degree from The Ohio State University, Nth Degree’s mission is to create beautiful, memorable spaces that will be enjoyed for years to come. Nth Degree currently serves over 200 clients and employs 10 individuals plus 12 independent contractors in Central Ohio. The company now plans to expand into the western North Carolina market.
