NEAL HAUSCHILD

Owner and Founder Neal Hauschild has a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Duke, as well as a Law Degree from the Ohio State University. Neal served in the US Air Force during Desert Storm while stationed in Saudi Arabia. Neal founded  Nth Degree in 2002 and has been practicing Real Estate and Law since 2003. Neal loves what he does; creating beautiful, memorable spaces along with fervently working to help his clients find and mold that “diamond in the rough” into their dream homes.

 Neal grew up in Northern Virginia but has been a Columbus resident for nearly 25 years with his partner and their 4-legged family members! Neal has served on several local Boards, including CATCO and the New Albany Chamber.
